Having healthy habits and avoiding bad ones are essential to prevent Alzheimer's. However, there are more examples of things that aid to prevent it, some examples are: reading habits, learning other languages, playing musical instruments, having social habits, trying new activities and hobbies, or even becoming a volunteer in local communities. (It is also good mention that video games have been proven to help coordination in a short period of time, but it has not been confirmed that they can prevent dementia).
